Client Terms and Conditions

Please review these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you
(“Client”) and Corestone Education Ltd (“Corestone,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of
our website, services, and communications.
Corestone Education Ltd operates www.corestone.education and affiliated sites to
connect Clients with Tutors, Counsellors, and Speakers. Sessions and project
management are facilitated via TutorCruncher software.
We protect your Personal Data in line with our Privacy Policy. Providing data is
necessary for service delivery but optional, which may limit service access if declined.
● Client/You: Individual, parent/guardian, student, or company purchasing
Services.
● Tutor/Counsellor/Speaker: Independent contractors providing Services via
Corestone.
● Services: Educational, counselling, speaking, or related activities arranged by
Corestone.
● Session: A single scheduled period of service delivery.
● Force Majeure: Uncontrollable events causing delays/failures.
● You must be 18+ or have parental consent to purchase.
● Payment is required as agreed, with prices subject to change for future orders.
● Payments are made in advance or within one week post-session via approved
methods only; direct payments to Tutors/Counsellors/Speakers are prohibited.
● Additional expenses require prior agreement.
● You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
● Payments accepted through Stripe (credit/debit cards) or bank transfer per
invoice instructions.
● Consent is requested to store payment details for automatic billing with advance
invoice notification.
● Orders obligate payment.
● Only Corestone issues valid invoices; do not pay third parties directly.
● Invoices are issued biweekly electronically unless otherwise agreed.
● Late payments over 48 hours may suspend or terminate services and incur legal
action.
● We maintain the Website, facilitate introductions, and assist with disputes.
● Tutors/Counsellors/Speakers are vetted but independent contractors, not
employees or agents unless explicitly stated.
● You are responsible for assessing their suitability.
● Provide relevant information and notify of changes promptly.
● Avoid private arrangements with Tutors/Counsellors/Speakers; such breaches
may result in legal action and a 12-month non-solicitation obligation
post-agreement.
● Grant reasonable access and ensure safety during face-to-face sessions.
● Cooperate fully with these Terms and applicable laws.
● First late cancellation (<24h) waived; subsequent late cancellations may be
charged in full.
● No-shows incur full fees.
● 14-day cooling-off applies for online-only services before lessons begin; written
notice required.
● Cancellation after cooling-off or after lessons start may forfeit refunds.
● Statutory rights remain unaffected.
● We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content or pricing; errors
may result in order refusal or adjustment.
● All IP belongs to Corestone unless stated otherwise; unauthorized use is
prohibited and may cause termination without refund.
● Both parties must keep confidential information private for three years
post-agreement unless legally compelled otherwise.
● Breach of Terms may lead to immediate service termination.
● Agreement remains effective until service completion or mutual written
termination.
● Parties agree to minimize carbon footprint using digital communication and
sustainable practices.
● We are not liable for indirect losses or outcomes; liability excludes negligence
causing death/injury and breaches due to your actions.
● Services may be suspended without notice; Tutors/Counsellors/Speakers’
conduct is your responsibility during sessions.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Corestone against losses arising from your breach of these
Terms.
All notices must be in writing and sent to contact@corestone.education.
15–25. General Provisions
● Entire agreement includes Privacy and Cookie Policies.
● Force Majeure excuses performance delays with prompt notice and mitigation
efforts.
● Severable clauses, no waiver without written consent, amendments require
written agreement.
● No assignment without consent; agreement benefits only the parties involved.
● Disputes unresolved in 30 days proceed to online mediation.
